This program is for individuals who have been ordered by a court, probation department, or referral authority to complete a Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP).
Enrollment is based solely on court order requirements. No prior treatment program is required unless specifically ordered by the court.
The Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) is a structured, court-ordered outpatient treatment program conducted entirely online through live Zoom group sessions. The program is designed to provide accountability, education, and recovery-focused support while allowing participants flexibility in selecting session times, within court-approved attendance limits.
Session selection may vary week to week. Participants may attend different days and times each week as long as attendance rules are followed.
SOP operates as an open-group program. Participants may begin attending sessions immediately after completing all enrollment requirements.
Participants must attend their first SOP session within seven (7) days of the booking date (initial payment date). Failure to attend a session within this timeframe may result in suspension or termination from the program.
All 24 required sessions must be completed within 15 weeks from the booking date. Failure to attend the first required session within this timeframe may result in suspension or termination from the program.
Participants must remain current on payments to maintain active enrollment. Missed or delinquent payments may result in suspension or termination from the program.
Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions. Participants must arrive on time, remain on camera, and actively participate for the full session duration.
Monthly progress reports are provided to the participant’s Community Supervision Officer (C.S.O.) or referral authority when required.
Praxiax provides administrative and technology support services for independent education and treatment providers. Praxiax does not provide legal, medical, clinical, or therapeutic services.
Independent providers using Praxiax are solely responsible for instruction, licensure, treatment delivery, and regulatory compliance.
