This program is for individuals who have been ordered by a court, probation department, or referral authority to complete an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Enrollment is based solely on court order requirements. No prior treatment level is required unless specifically ordered by the court.
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, court-ordered outpatient treatment program conducted entirely online through live Zoom group sessions. The program provides increased structure and accountability while allowing participants flexibility in selecting session times within court-approved attendance limits.
The program focuses on education, behavioral change, relapse prevention strategies, and recovery-focused support.
Session selection may vary week to week. Participants may attend different days and times each week as long as attendance rules are followed.
IOP operates as an open-group program. Participants may begin attending sessions immediately after completing all enrollment requirements.
Participants must attend their first IOP session within seven (7) days of the booking date (initial payment date). Failure to attend the first required session within this timeframe may result in suspension or termination from the program.
All 18 required sessions must be completed within eight (8) weeks from the booking date. Failure to complete the program within this timeframe will result in non-completion and termination from the course.
The total cost of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is $590.
Participants must remain current on payments to maintain active enrollment. Missed or delinquent payments may result in suspension or termination from the program.
Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions. Participants must arrive on time, remain on camera, and actively participate for the full session duration.
Monthly progress reports are provided to the participant’s Community Supervision Officer (C.S.O.) or referral authority when required.
