Who This Program Is For

This program is for individuals who have been ordered by a Texas court, probation department, or referral authority to complete a state-approved DWI Intervention course due to multiple alcohol-related driving offenses.



  • Court-ordered DWI Intervention participants (repeat offenders)
  • Individuals with two or more DWI-related offenses
  • Participants required to meet probation, court, or DPS requirements
  • Adults able to attend live Zoom sessions from home

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Texas DWI Intervention Program is a state-approved, court-ordered course designed for repeat DWI offenders. The program focuses on behavioral patterns, substance use risks, impaired driving consequences, and long-term strategies to prevent future offenses.


  • Total length: 32 instructional hours
  • Live, instructor-led sessions via Zoom
  • Structured, multi-session format
  • Mandatory attendance for all scheduled sessions
  • Certificate issued upon successful program completion


Most participants complete the program within the scheduled class timeframe, provided all attendance requirements are met.

Attendance & Certificate Policy

Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions. Participants must arrive on time, remain on camera, and actively participate for the full session duration.


Missing any required session may result in non-completion and no certificate being issued.


Certificates of completion are issued only after attendance is verified and all program requirements are successfully completed.

What Happens After You Register

  • Step 1: Receive registration confirmation and payment receipt by email  
  • Step 2: Receive intake instructions and required forms  
  • Step 3: Receive orientation details and Zoom access information  
  • Step 4: Attend all scheduled sessions and complete the program


Certificate of completion is issued after attendance verification and successful completion of all required sessions.
