Who This Program Is For

This program is for individuals who have been ordered by a Texas court, probation department, or referral authority to complete the Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP).

  • First-time or repeat drug-related offenses  
  • Participants needing a certificate for legal compliance  
  • Adults able to attend live Zoom sessions from home

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP) is a 15-hour, Texas state-approved education course designed to meet court and probation requirements. The program focuses on education, accountability, and practical strategies to reduce future substance-related offenses.


  • Total length: 15 instructional hours  
  • Live, instructor-led sessions via Zoom  
  • Structured, multi-session format  
  • Mandatory attendance for all scheduled sessions  
  • Certificate issued upon successful program completion


Most participants complete the program within the scheduled class timeframe, provided all attendance requirements are met.

Attendance & Certificate Policy

 Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions. Participants must arrive on time, remain on camera, and actively participate for the full session duration in accordance with program requirements. 


Missing any required session may result in non-completion and no certificate being issued.


Certificates of completion are issued only after attendance is verified and all program requirements are successfully completed.

What Happens After You Register

  • Step 1: Receive registration confirmation and payment receipt by email  
  • Step 2: Receive intake instructions and required forms  
  • Step 3: Receive orientation details and Zoom access information  
  • Step 4: Attend all scheduled sessions and complete the program


Certificate of completion is issued after attendance verification and successful completion of all required sessions.

 

Praxiax provides administrative and technology support services for independent education and treatment providers. Praxiax does not provide legal, medical, clinical, or therapeutic services.

Independent providers using Praxiax are solely responsible for instruction, licensure, treatment delivery, and regulatory compliance.
