Create Program

Set up the program first. Templates can guide the defaults, but the provider controls the final rules.

1. Program Type Choose fixed schedule, rolling start, or self-paced.
2. State & Template Select the state and use suggested defaults when available.
3. Public Listing Add student-facing description, image, highlights, and details.
4. Rules & Requirements Set hours, sessions, referral requirements, attendance, and certificates.
5. Pricing & Seats Set price, seat capacity, and enrollment options.
6. Save Program After saving, add classes or content based on the program type.
Start with the program. The program controls the rules. Classes, sessions, enrollment, and student access will inherit from this setup.
Program Settings

Configure how this program is structured and priced.

• Turn ON Tier Pricing to charge different prices based on how early someone enrolls.
• Leave Tier Pricing OFF to use one flat price for all enrollments.
• Total Program Hours should match the required instructional hours for completion.

This section controls the overall pricing model for the program.

Program Defaults
Pricing

Define how pricing changes based on how early a student enrolls.

Each tier should include:
• Tier Name (Example: Early, Standard, Late, Same Day)
• Minimum Days Before Start
• Maximum Days Before Start
• Price

Example structure:
Early: 30–120 days
Standard: 7–29 days
Late: 1–6 days
Same Day: 0–0 days

The system automatically selects the correct tier during enrollment based on the class start date.
